The challenge
Every automation has an opinion.
It’s not always right.
Everyone has automation.
The question is: when you need to change, who controls it?
You do.

Prescribed automation is genuinely good on day one. It’s built on the average of the vendor's customers, and on day one that probably feels pretty great.

Then you open a desk that bills differently, or a client wants their own approval step, or a country adds a check. The automation you liked turns out to have an opinion and no setting. Someone builds a workaround, the workaround becomes the process, and your reporting now describes a workflow nobody follows.
The admin takes care of itself.
Pre-built automations keep records in sync, populate the fields consultants would otherwise retype, and flag what's missing before a record moves on. All of it is configurable, with a review step before anything saves, so your team stays in control of the data it's built on.

Stay in control.
Automation without validation creates bad data at scale. Seven20 lets you review what's been captured before it updates a record, so your team stays in control and your data stays trustworthy.

The value
The value is not the automation.
It’s the ability to change it.
Automation saves time on admin, which means more time for the actual job: recruiting. But the Seven20 difference is in the additional time saved by giving you control over your automation. If you need to make changes, you don’t have to wait for us.
Count the change requests you raised with your last vendor, and how long the average one took. That number is the real cost of prescribed automation, and it is paid in weeks rather than pounds.
On Seven20 the automations are built in Salesforce Flow, which is standard tooling with public documentation and the largest admin community in enterprise software. So the change gets made by your admin this week, or by a contractor you can actually hire, rather than by a vendor roadmap next quarter.

Bring the automation your current system will not let you change.
Tell us the rule you have been working around. We will open the settings in the demo and change it in front of you, then show you where your admin would go to do it themselves.

The full Seven20 solution.
Automations read and write across the whole platform. There is no integration layer in between.

Frequently asked questions
Most tools give you a fixed set of automations and expect you to work with them. Seven20 ships with pre-built options but gives you full control to adjust, disable, or build your own using Salesforce Flow. Nothing is locked.
Not necessarily. The packaged automations work out of the box. For custom builds, Seven20 uses Salesforce Flow, which has a large global admin community and extensive documentation. Your team does not need to depend on Seven20 to make changes.
Yes. Through the Salesforce AppExchange, you can connect tools like Gong, Slack, or any other platform that sends data into Salesforce. That data can then trigger automations across your recruitment workflows.
Seven20 supports human-in-the-loop validation steps, where your team reviews captured data before it is saved to a record. Validation rules can also block workflow progression if required fields are missing or incorrect.
Yes. Automations in Seven20 are built around your job types and workflow logic, so perm, contract, and temp can each have entirely different automation rules. An exec search business and a high-volume temp desk do not need the same automations.
Everything runs on the same data. Automations can read from and write to any part of the system, whether that is an account record, a placement, a compliance document, or a billing record. There is no integration layer to manage.
