A notetaker that produces data, not notes.
Most notetakers capture the conversation somewhere else and then move it into your CRM. Notetaker has nowhere else.
The transcript, summary, tasks and field updates are Salesforce records from the moment they exist, so your reporting, search and permissions all work on them.
The conversation becomes the record.

Notetaker joins, records and transcribes, then writes the summary using the template for that call type. A client intake and a candidate screen come out genuinely different.
The write-up is already done.

Salary expectation, notice period and availability proposed from what was actually said, each traceable to the moment. Nothing is written until a recruiter approves it.
Suggested, with source attribution.

Next steps are created as tasks with context and a link back to the moment they were discussed, so nothing is dropped between the call and the next action.
Follow-ups recorded, not remembered.

From the call to the record, direct to your CRM.
Every vendor uses the word ‘native’. Most mean native to their own database, which means leaving yours. Here is what that difference looks like at each step.
Notetaker joins the
call.
Connect your calendar and choose which call types it attends, on Teams, Google Meet or Zoom.
The conversation is recorded and transcribed.
The recording and transcript are stored securely in Seven20’s managed AWS bucket.
The summary writes itself onto the record.
Using the template for that call type, on the objects your reporting and automations already use.
You approve what changes.
Tasks are created and field updates are proposed with source attribution. You approve or reject.
Nothing new for your team to install.
Save on your Salesforce file storage costs as your call volume grows.
There’s nothing
to sync.

Frequently asked questions
Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom. Notetaker joins scheduled calls on the platform you already use, so there is nothing new for your team to learn or install.
The call summary, action items and meeting attendees are created as records in your own Salesforce org. The recording and the transcript are held in Seven20-managed storage in the region you choose. Salesforce is not designed to hold call media at volume, and storing it there would consume your own file storage allocation. Both sides are covered by your existing Seven20 contract and DPA, so there is no separate notetaker vendor, no second agreement and no second security review. Recordings and transcripts can be deleted in line with GDPR.
Consultants. Finish the call and the write-up is already done. Handovers work and candidates don't repeat themselves.
Leadership. Reports that match what was actually said, and firm knowledge that stops walking out of the door with the person who built it.
System admins. Summary templates per call type, and field scope controlled by team using standard permissions.
IT and finance. One less vendor, one less DPA, one less integration to break, and shadow-IT notetakers you can shut down with an answer rather than a policy.
No. It proposes changes with source attribution and the recruiter approves them. Auto-apply is available as an option once a team is consistently approving suggestions, but that is your decision, not the default.
Yes. These are ordinary Salesforce records, so field history, sharing rules, permission sets and audit trails all apply. Six months later you can see what changed, who approved it and which conversation it came from.
Yes. Summary templates are configurable per call type.
Yes, using standard Salesforce permissions. You can scope both which teams use Notetaker and which fields it is allowed to suggest updates to.
Not currently. Phone capture is on the roadmap as a separate module.
Notetaker currently supports English and Spanish (with English as the fallback setting).
