AI ready on day 1.
Yours to change on day 2.
Most AI tools give you fixed agents and lock the door behind them. Seven20 ships with AI that you control. Ready-built agents for everyday recruitment work, along with the prompts, the guardrails, and a review step before anything writes to a record.

the problem
Nobody knows what recruitment AI looks like in two years. Most tools make you decide today.
01
You're choosing between missing out and getting it wrong.
Fear of missing out runs alongside fear of the unknown, and most tools only sell the full-on version. That makes it an all-or-nothing call at exactly the point you’d rather start small, see what it’s worth, and then move. If you’re not ready for AI at all, that should still be a valid place to start. We can help you navigate it.
02
Models change faster than any vendor’s roadmap.
A better or cheaper model lands every few months. When the AI is fixed inside a fixed product, you get the benefit when the vendor rebuilds for it, not when it ships. And every task runs on the one model they picked, so the simple jobs cost you the same as the hard ones.
03
The way people work with AI is still moving.
Today it’s suggestions inside the CRM. Next year it might be your team working through the assistant they already use, or agents your admin has built. Most tools support one of those, which means committing to a way of working before the industry has settled on one.
Joins your candidate and client calls and writes the summary, the follow-up tasks and suggested field updates onto the Salesforce record. Nothing saves until a recruiter approves it.
Assist.
Field updates suggested from the emails, calls and messages on the record, with the source attached. Nothing saves until a recruiter approves it.
What our native recruitment AI features can do for you.
Seven20 uses AI to improve your operational efficiency across the board. So your team spends less time on admin and more time on recruitment.
Ask for what you want in plain English and get ranked results with the reason for the ranking, across every field in the system.
Perform.
Performance trends surfaced from the data your team is already creating, with a recommended next action.
Native features
Automates outreach, drafted from the context on the record, with reply sentiment read back into the timeline.
Your own.
Build the agent your desk actually needs in plain language, connect external tools over MCP, and run it on the same records and permissions as the rest.

ai governance
Human in the loop.
AI that writes directly to your records without a review step can create bad data at scale. Seven20 lets your team check what the AI captured before anything saves, so your records stay accurate and your team stays in charge.

If you find yourself approving almost everything, you can turn on auto-approve. It’s all part of the choice.
Review AI captures before saving
Missing fields flagged by AI
Uncertain values never invented
Bad data blocks agent progression
Audit trail across every AI action
Optional auto-approve

ai agents
Recruitment-specific AI agents,
out of the box.
Seven20 ships with pre-built AI agents drawn from knowledge gained over 250+ implementations. Use them to get started, then extend or replace them using natural language tools like Agentforce, Salesforce's agent-building platform, in plain language. No locked prompts. No ceiling on what you can build.
Pre-built agents from day one
Build new agents in natural language
Connect external tools via Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Agents run headless across your stack
mcp
Your recruitment data, in the AI tools your team already uses.
Your team already asks questions in Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. Seven20 runs on Salesforce, so those assistants can connect to your recruitment data through Salesforce’s own MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. Ask about candidates, jobs, placements and accounts in plain English, and get answers from your live records.
Each user signs in with their own Salesforce login
Admins choose read-only or read-and-write access
No export and no new integration
Built on Salesforce’s own MCP servers

Most platforms offer AI and lock it down. Very few let you change how it works.

In the recruitment industry and beyond, people are balanced between ‘fear of missing out’ and ‘fear of the unknown’. It might just come down to: ‘We know we need AI, but we don’t know the best way to implement it.’
We can consult on the basics. Or we can demo advanced agentic workflows and AI-enhanced onboarding. It’s your choice.
The full Seven20 solution.
A recruitment CRM is only the beginning. Everything you win connects to how you deliver it.
Frequently asked questions
Plain-English candidate search with ranked results, CV parsing into structured fields, record and activity summaries, AI-drafted outreach, engagement scoring, and Notetaker for candidate and client calls. All of it works from day one with no configuration required.
Yes. Unlike most recruitment tools, Seven20 gives you full access to agent prompts, guardrails and logic. You can modify pre-built agents or build entirely new ones using Agentforce and natural language, with no dependency on Seven20 to make changes.
Not unless you want them to. Seven20 supports a human-in-the-loop step in which your team reviews what the AI captured before it is saved to a record. You can remove this step if you prefer a fully automated flow, but most teams choose to keep it on.
Agentforce is Salesforce's agent-building platform, included in the Salesforce ecosystem Seven20 is built on. You do not need it to use Seven20's ready-built AI agents, but it unlocks the ability to build and change agents beyond what ships by default.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI agents connect to tools outside Salesforce. Because Seven20 is headless, you can give those tools access to your platform data without rebuilding anything inside the system.
No. The ready-built agents work from day one. For custom agents, Agentforce lets you describe what you want in plain language and builds it for you.
AI runs on records in your own Salesforce org. Call recordings and transcripts from Notetaker are held in Seven20-managed storage in the region you choose, under your existing Seven20 contract and data processing agreement. There is no separate AI vendor, no second agreement and no second security review.
Yes. AI updates are ordinary changes to ordinary Salesforce records, so field history, sharing rules, permission sets and audit trails all apply. You can see what changed, who approved it, and where it came from.
Automation is rules you set: if this happens, do that. It is predictable and you configure it. AI is judgement: reading, summarising, ranking and drafting. The two work on the same records, and most businesses use both.
